For us, it is all about local, home grown, quality food from our organic farm based in Cavendish, Sudbury, Suffolk.
It is about bridging that gap between the farmers’ fields and your kitchen.
Fresh food will be harvested from the fields and delivered straight to your door from a farm as close to where you live as seasonally possible.
The shorter the distance travelled, the tastier the food.

Our veg boxes are packed with a vibrant mix of fresh, seasonal produce.
Each week, you’ll receive a handpicked selection from the examples below, with plenty of other seasonal surprises throughout the year:
- Leafy Greens: Cabbage, Chard, Pak Choi, Kale and Spinach
- Root veggies: Rainbow Carrots, Potatoes, Leeks, Parsnips, Beetroot and Swede
- Seasonal picks: Courgettes, Tomatoes, Peppers, Aubergines, Green Beans, Pumpkins and Sweetcorn
- Herbs & Staples: Garlic, Onions, Parsley, Basil, Coriander, Rosemary
- Additional Extra: - Fresh Sourdough Bread

The face (and muddy boots) behind Sunshine & Green.
Life on the farm is always full of surprises – from glorious harvests to contaminated manure (I’ll tell you about that another time!) – and I love sharing every moment over on my socials. You’ll also meet my loyal sidekick, Pots, my cucumber-obsessed dog who thinks she’s the real boss around here!
