General Terms and Conditions

Refunds. When a product is unusable we offer a choice of either credit for or extra vegetables free of charge to compensate on your next delivery.

If you miss the ordering cut-off point, Tuesday 12pm or can’t collect your Veg Box or Fruit Box for some reason, we won’t be able to refund you.

If your payment fails, for example registered card has expired, we won’t deliver your next Veg Box or Order until payment has been received.

Add-On Products

We offer a range of add-on products designed to accompany our vegetable box subscriptions (“Add-Ons”). These Add-Ons are available exclusively for our current vegetable box subscribers, new subscribers, or purchasers of our one-off vegetable boxes.

1. Eligibility: In order to purchase an Add-On, you must either have a current active subscription to one of our vegetable boxes, be in the process of subscribing to one of our vegetable boxes, or be purchasing a one-off vegetable box. Add-Ons are not available as stand-alone products and can only be bought in conjunction with a vegetable box.

2. Non-Eligible Orders: If an order is placed for an Add-On without a corresponding vegetable box or current active subscription, we will not be able to fulfill the order. The Add-On product(s) will be removed from your order, and we will refund the amount paid for the Add-On(s) back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

3. One-off Purchases: If you are purchasing a one-off vegetable box, you can add any of our Add-On products to your order. However, you cannot purchase Add-Ons separately from a vegetable box.

4. Subscription: If you are a current subscriber, you can add Add-On products to your regular subscription orders at any time. Please ensure you add them to your order before our cut-off time to ensure they are included in your next delivery.

5. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to orders including Add-Ons must be made before our order cut-off time. If you wish to remove an Add-On from your order after the cut-off time, we may not be able to accommodate your request, and no refunds will be issued for Add-Ons that are delivered as part of a completed order.

By agreeing to these terms, you understand and agree that you cannot purchase our Add-On products as stand-alone items and that they must be purchased in conjunction with a vegetable box, whether that be on a subscription or one-off basis. You also understand and agree that if you make a non-eligible order, we will refund the value of the Add-On product(s) to your original payment method.
